Phil Hammond
Phil Hammond entered real estate professionally following 25 years in the banking industry with a wide variety of local and regional clients and customers. His practice while at The Land Source has been evenly split between seller representation and buyer representation. Phil's classifications have ranged from retail, office, industrial, and residential. He has been very successful in working with various cities to obtain contract contingency approvals, and has a high success rate of contracts closing.
Phil's knowledge of the Kansas City Metro area, working with large corporations, small businesses and consumers provides a foundation that benefits all of his clients and customers. Due to Phil's extensive financial background, he not only works with local buyers and sellers, but specializes in retail investment and development opportunities with investors and users from outside of the Kansas City area.
Phil has always been a contributor to civic and professional organizations. He has served as the Chairman of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Lenexa Economic Development Council and Chairman of the vital Vote to Change Sewer Financing in Johnson County. He is an active member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR), the Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC), NAHB 50+ Housing Council, 50+ Housing Council, and is a CCIM Scholarship recipient.
