Kim Anderson
Kim Anderson joins The Land Source with experiences in property management and event marketing/planning. A graduate of Kansas State University, Kim began her real estate career in 2005 as a multi-unit property manager in Lawrence, Kansas. Responsible for multi-million dollar assets, Kim managed all vendor relationships, lead management team meetings, and was the head customer service agent for the company clientele. In 2010 Kim joined TLS leading our efforts in marketing research, client services, and bookkeeping. A licensed real estate agent, Kim’s management of the office is complimented by her ability to aid teammates with client matters and property listings. Key to the success of The Land Source is the detailed market and property research Kim performs for all our client’s property listings. Skilled in graphic design and digging up reclusive information on land and improve properties alike, Kim creates and manages the image that is our company brand.
